With over 16 years of experience in the dental field, my journey began in 2009 as a front desk receptionist. I quickly advanced into the role of office manager and treatment coordinator for a busy three-doctor practice, where I developed a deep understanding of the business side of dentistry.

Throughout my career, I’ve completed extensive continuing education focused on case acceptance, scheduling strategies to exceed production goals, and achieving the ideal “perfect day” schedule. Over the past seven years, I’ve specialized in dental insurance navigation and successfully transitioned multiple practices to a fee-for-service model—without compromising production.

My true passion lies in helping dental practices grow efficiently while fostering a strong, positive office culture that empowers both doctors and their teams.
